The two young lovers

09/11/2024

Sam Warren waited at the terminal for his wife, his bride. After a year’s separation due to Operation Enduring Freedom, he found that all he could think of was her. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder, but for Sam, absence just made his heart grow lonely. He fussed over the bouquet of flowers, hastily purchased from an airport vendor, wondering where his Maggie was.

“Sam!” The man’s heart started pounding at the sound of his bride’s voice. “Sam!”

“Maggie!” He saw her a couple of gates down. Another Army mix-up had left the two at different gates, waiting for each other no doubt. With a wide smile, Sam started running, heedless of the other travellers or of making a scene. “Ah, Maggie, I missed you so much!”

The two lovers embraced, stayed in each other’s arms. They kissed away a year of enforced separation, until the realization that people were starting to stare made them stop. “‘No PDA in uniform,'” Maggie quoted, blushing slightly.

“Oh!” Sam remembered the flowers. “These are for you!”

“How lovely!” Maggie said, her eyes misty with tears. “How I’ve missed you!”

He kissed his bride again, wrapped his arms once more around her. They clung to each other, there at the baggage counter, a year’s worth of longing almost breaking through the surface, until this time Sam stopped them. “No PDA in uniform,” he reminded them both.

The baggage came quickly, as if the airline understood the length of its passenger’s trip, and their need to get out of there, to go home, to be husbands and wives and friends and neighbors once more. Sam wheeled the luggage cart to the front, looked back at his wife, walking down the terminal, bouquet in hand, looking every bit as lovely as on their wedding day, just over a year ago.

Sam waited for his Maggie to catch up, and once they left the airport building, he slowly walked with her, savoring her closeness, her radiant smile, her presence making him whole once again. When they finally reached their trusty, rusty Chevy, he started loading the bags in the bed. The groom caught his bride’s stare, that appraising look that said she liked what she saw, that look that made him feel special, chosen really, by that perfect woman, that made him fall in love with her in the first place. Now it made him fall in love with her all over again.

As he threw the last bag in the bed, Sam felt arms around him from behind, felt that so-feminine hand that he’s missed for the past year slip down and squeeze his privates, felt those perfect lips kissing his ear. But he was still surprised by the bold suggestion. “Let’s fuck, right here, right now!”

“M-maggie!” Sam smiled. “No PDA, remember?”

“Yeah,” she said. “Fuck PDA, fuck the goddamn Army.” Maggie turned her husband to face her. The bride’s eyes flashed with passion for her man, and with anger against the forces that separated them for so long. “I’ve been married for a year, and I still haven’t consummated my marriage yet. I’ve been married for a fucking _year_ and I’m still a virgin! Now get in that bed, mister, and let’s do the ‘welcome home’ thing!”

“Yes, ma’am!” A rakishly grinning Sam gave his bride a mock salute, hopped up in the bed of their truck and pulled her on board. In a hasty shuffle, the two lovers eagerly removed each other’s clothes. The groom reached through the back window and pulled the blanket from the cab, and his bride helped him lay it down in the bed. Then Sam gently lay his Maggie back against the blanket. He wrapped his arms around her and playfully kissed the tip of her nose.

“I love you, Mrs Warren!” he said, tenderly, to the darling bride who was eagerly grasping his hardening member.

“I love you too, Mr Warren,” she smiled that sweet smile that ensnared his heart so long ago. Then she lifted her legs up to cradle his torso and guided him into her. The groom sighed with passion and started to plunge himself into his willing wife, but her look of surprise and pain stopped him. “It’s ok, Lover.” She said, breathing rapidly, shallowly. “I’m past ready, but I’m not _that_ ready. Take it easy on me, ok?”

Sam nodded and moved more slowly within his dear vulnerable vixen of a bride. He was still a little worried as Maggie mouthed “ow” with his first few thrusts, but soon she wrapped arms and legs around him, kissing him passionately, moving in concert with him. She kissed him as they made love, her tongue darting playfully into his mouth. The nervous groom felt himself building toward orgasm, way too soon, he thought. The blushing bride, her face flushed with the passion of their lovemaking, felt the change in his rhythm, saw the expression on his face, and smiled.

“It’s ok, Lover.” She whispered in her man’s ear. “Pour your seed into me. We can take our time when we get home.”

That reminder was all Sam needed. He and Maggie were together, never to be parted again. He came powerfully inside his bride, for what seemed like forever. Her legs were wrapped tightly around her groom, accepting, even inviting, his seed into her innermost person.

They lay together like that, kissing tenderly, whispering their love to each other for some precious moments. Then a soldier noticed them as he walked by, duffel bag slung over one shoulder. “Hey Warren,” he teased. “No PDA in uniform!” Then as he passed, his perspective let him see the bed of the truck, with the clothes scattered about and the two lovers snuggling under the blanket. He blushed and hurried by.

The two young lovers laughed together then, looking tenderly into each other’s eyes.

“Welcome home, Specialist Warren,” Maggie said.

“Welcome home, Corporal Warren,” said Sam.
